10 Reasons Not to Wear Fur

As human beings, we have the role of protecting each species in the world, that big PREVILEGE has been granted to us because we are the most intelligent and developed specie. But nowadays, our consumerism culture is taking us far away from that. Animals as well as humans are capable of experience emotions, and form strong social bonds, and also full capable of suffering pain and fear by mistreatment and abuse.

If you don't believe me, well, here is what I’m talking about.

3 Visit

This was our third visit to Pinar del Rio where we gave a talk to the children about the best way of caring animals. That means, they need to be an important part of our lives. When we finished the talk, we did a billboard where children captured the words and feelings that comes to themselves when they talks about animals, and see how people mistreat animals. At the end, we spent a pleasant evening with these kids, we played with them and gave them candies and delivered diplomas.

With this campaign we conclude that children are important to this cause against animal abuse because through them we can pass on the goal of our project which is the care and respect for animals.

2 Visit

This was our second visit to Pinar del Rio where we did an "Animal Challenge" for children; in which they had to do different activities like a maze, answer a few riddles, and finally answer some questions about the care they give to the animals, during the challenge they had to complete imitating his favorite animal. With this challenge we could consolidate on them a lot of values ​​about the respect that animals deserve.

Never Be Silent

This video is from PETA of an article called Will an Animal's Voice Help You Find Yours? .It is a very strong video, but this is necessary to persuade the people that the animals are like the humans beings and they need the same things that we need, this video show us the way i the animals were abused, and at the end of the video we can appreciate all the good things that we have to do in order to protect the animals.

Show celebrities giving messages that help stop animal abuse in different ways, for example some of the photos say that they do not have to use animal skins to be cute, and in other photos invite us to be vegetarians. In our opinion, these photos are very revealing, and also highly relevant to people to stop animal abuse because people tend to imitate the actions of their favorite celebrities. This photographic campaign can help us to give a small change to society in terms of animal abuse is concerned.
